Design phase was founded in 2003 by the firm’s principal Eustace Kwaw who is a Ghanaian, certified and registered Associate of the Ghana institute of Architects. Eustace has a bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Design and graduated in 1998 with a Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and technology in Kumasi, Ghana. He went on to do some practical training in one of the known architectural firms in southern California in 1999 and 2000 before returning home to establish design phase. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2014 with specialization in Project Management from Walden University, Minneapolis MN. Design phase is committed to creating custom-tailored works of art that meets the needs and newly acquired lifestyles of Ghanaians living both home and abroad.
